Pursuant to Texas Administrative Code 202:
- Unauthorized use is prohibited;
- Usage may be subject to security testing and monitoring;
- Misuse is subject to criminal prosecution; and
- Users have no expectation of privacy except as otherwise provided by applicable privacy laws.
